Reservations & Rates
Bookings can start on any day of the week and run to any day of the week. Below are Weekly and week-end break rates which vary according to the season.
For stays of under a week there is a supplement of 100 Euros. The minimum stay is three nights. Additional nights are charged on a pro rata basis. You can of course stay for fewer nights but the three day minimal rental will apply.
For bookings of a month or longer we can offer a discount of between 25% to 40% depending on the season. The apartment is well equipped for business and family visitors.
Baby and infant facilities are available on request free of charge and the apartment is equipped with child safety barriers.

Rates apply for all future dates until altered on this web site.
Monthly rates are available on request for those on sabbaticals and extended visits,. Discounts are also available for multiple bookings.
Bed linen is charged at 10 Euros per person per week (so no charge if you use your own).
Electricity usage is included with all regular bookings.
For those who do not want to spend holiday time cleaning up, an optional clean-up service is available on request for 30 Euros.
