St- Ferriol hosts a range of conferences, courses and events throuout
the year.

Art Courses
 Tutors
are selected for their professionalism, proven record as practising
professionalartists and their teaching record. Most courses are
suitable for students of all levels of experience and ability.
Course leaders are able to assist with the handling of all the
classic mediums : pencil, charcoal, oil, acrylic, and pastel.
The courses focus on  enabling
tutors to spend individual time with participants and thus have
opportunities to follow and address individual needs. Unless stated
otherwise all courses are limited to eight participants.

Cathars and Cathar Castles
 The Chatelain
de Ferriol, James McDonald, offers courses and tours centered
on the history of the Cathars in the Languedoc. These are fact
based, drawing on source documents.

Dreams
 Archetypal
Dreamwork holds annual retreats at the Chateau. Archetypal Dreamwork
is a form of Jungian-based dream therapy.

Events
The Chateau is available for all kinds of events. The Great Hall
(salle des chevaliers) can comfortably seat 80 guests. Below are
a few examples of recent events:
Wedding Parties, Christenings and Parties
The Chateau stands right next to the St-Ferriol village Church.
Herbs
An extensive range of herbs are grown at the Chateau, and events
are held each year for visitors to exchange herbs with each other.
